Sandy Harris does some "Preachin"

We have alot of preachers in our Media Ministry. Sandy is one of them - and she KNOWS the word of God. Stay tuned for more "preaching" from Sandy and other dedicated members of the SRC media Ministry. We are a family that works for the Lord together and cares about each others lives. This particular sermon was right prior to our prayer before the 11:30 a.m. service on 11-11-2007. Sandy - You go Girl!

Christmas Ideas

I think that it would be fun to have post some of our favorite Christmas videos and or pics, with family and friends. From this, we could possibly use them for some fillers in between announcements.

This is a great idea! Thanks Dr. Rob for taking the Media Ministry to another level. I must admit that I was very "green" about the whole blogging process; but, I managed to become acquainted with it, very quickly.

Along with this, I believe that we can do other things that will take us to where other cutting edge ministries are going. We have the technology, we can do this! :)

I hope to work more closely with Jeff in establishing more great ideas, to make the anouncements more interesting and eye catching. In addition to this, we can work together on mini movies that can also run in between the announcements. Let's begin to pool our ideas - we have a wealth of creativity!

Well, I guess that's all for now. Not bad for a first timer!!!!!

SCR Media Ministry Blog Opens

For quite a while, I have been thinking about a way to communicate to the SCR Media Ministry about what is happening in the ministry. I think that this is a great way to do it. I have no desire to be the only one posting on this site so I have send invites out to the poeple that I currently have e-mail addresses on.

I want everyont in the Media Ministry to be able to be an "author" for this blog. We can share media ideas and share videos with each other throughthe use of utube if we want.

You can even upload your own videos to the blog.

So - to get started - make your first post and share this with others in the media ministry. Send me your e-mail address if you think I do not have it.
